Meet the Team
It is with great sadness that we note the passing of our friend, colleague and team member Eileen O'Neill (UMass-Amherst) in November 2017. Most of all, Eileen was an inspiration to many of us. Her edition of Margaret Cavendish's Observations upon the Experimental Philosophy is an exemplary piece of scholarship that has made it possible for the next generation of scholars to recognize Cavendish's philosophical importance and to develop interpretations of her work. Eileen's archival acumen, her indefatigable energy, and her enthusiasm for philosophy and for women philosophers in particular were infectious. Much of what we do today owes a great debt to her efforts.
